Enom $7.95 reseller account questions

Just want to clarify.

I bought a few month's ago (for my personal use) $7.95 reseller account which I was told I'm the ETP (ModernBill account).

Had to set it up with static IP since Enom blocked my country and I would not be able to use it otherwise.

In all correspondence with Enom they referred to my account as:
"ModernBill account" and it is operating since then.

Can I assume that I'm the ETP for that account.?

Is there a place in the account (when logged in) to check who is the ETP?

Is the lowest retail price I can set is 7.95*1.03 + .95 = $9.14 ?

Many resellers have chosen to ditch Registry Racket (yes, that's Racket, not Rocket), and use PayPal or another 3rd party credit card processor that can integrate with Enom's API.
You may want to look into this.

Right now, I'm working on a website that will allow you to make a deposit into your Enom account (I know a way to make less than a $100 deposit), and accept payments via PayPal for a small processing fee. (No more than $20/month for up to 1000 transactions).

I beleive that DevilDude has been offering $8.14 Enom reseller accounts for quite some time now. You may want to ask him if he has to pay the Credit Card processing fee every time someone buys a domain, or if Enom covers that. Either way, it wouldn't make sense to give people $8.14 Retail accounts if you're gonna lose money on it.

But, there's not much trouble in seeing if you can create an $8.14 Retail account. Try to set one up, and if it works, cancel it.

If you open your account with enom direct, you are ETP but if someone else then you are sub-reseller not ETP.
