Well, for what it is worth, I specificly asked enom about this , and mentioned RegisterFly by name even, and asked if large resellers like them get any special deals. They answered 'no'.

Some of these resellers were foresighted enough to create "extra" sub's before the cap was placed on them. Now they have the priviledge of offering these valuable accounts.

what is the bottom price for those registrars like Enom, Godaddy, NS ?

Bottom price is about $6.00 with some other charges included, concluding to about $6.30 to $6.40.

Hi

eNom offer 'Name Only' $5.99 but .... Here some info

"Under the Name Only program, all domains are $5.99 per year and default to your contact information, and automatically reside on our DNS (you will not be able to use your own DNS). None of our free services apply. Once you need to make a change, or transfer to another Registrar, or change DNS, or ownership, etc, you will pay $3.99 per domain, per year."

its true.. enom preferred resellers reg at less than $6

its all a numbers game... when you are selling a ton of names you are in a great position to negotiate.

after thought.. enom are about to launch a paid parking program that allows persons parking domains at their site, the chance to reg gTLD's for less than $6..

I was in discussions recently and their was mention of $4.95 for partners with portfolios of 5000+ domains...

I can confirm 100% that you will get domain reg.. much cheaper than current costs if you park with the new enom parking program(launching later this year)
