enom Enom support - what is their SLA?

I am wondering how long it usually takes for enom support to respond to tickets?

I have a ticket open for the past 24 hours and have yet to receive a response.

Normally, 8-12 hours.

Very strange that my request has gone unanswered for so long and well beyond the time you stated.

This is the very reason why we left another registrar and went to enom...
