I need some help. I was wondering if anyone here is familiar with Enom's API documentation for transferring a domain over to you, eg. if it is hosted by a another registrar and you want your cosumers to be able to transfer it to you.

I e-mailed Enom's support and this is what they wrote:

"We don't do credit card processing for straight transfers ....... We do ccProccessing for transfers only if they are done using subaccounts and the customer's cc is in that account."

That seems weird to me that they don't seem to offer straight transfers. How are sites like Name Cheap able to offer it then?

Also don't then need my server's IP so they can grant access to my server for accessing their registry?

Thanks!
