Agreed.com, a property of Thought Convergence Inc was recently acquired by Escrow.com.
The terms of the transaction was not disclosed.
This acquisition brings together the only two licensed Escrow companies in the United States that have products, services and system specifically designed for the domain community and online personal property transaction.
Last week, Thought Convergence Inc sold Aftermarket.com to Igloo.com
This is the second sale by Thought Convergence in less than a month.
