This isn't a complaint, don't misunderstand me, I'm just trying to understand if Escrow is experiencing any sort of internal issues because I found nothing by querying Google.

We've few things to discuss with them related to diff. active/closed transactions so we've emailed them multiple times (and we've also tried to get in touch through their web form) in the latest weeks but with no reply.

Ok, next Monday we'll call them to clarify all our issues but why their email support service is no longer working as in the past ?
They've been so professional since 2004 and we worked a lot with them with full satisfaction from both sides while they're not disappointing us by ignoring our requests and often related to crucial issues ...

Anyone else is experiencing such issues ?

They release your funds immediately if you've no special requirements (ie asking to credit funds to your account balance or asking to setup a "Payment by installment" transaction).
We've both of these issues unfortunately ... and they're not replying :)

They'll have their reasons, no doublt about their professionality simply we were suspecting the presence of some possible internal issues.

No, I didn't notice the chat honestly but we'll check.
Thanks

Escrow changed owners about a year ago.
But I have not heard of any issues since the change.

Luigi, I think they are currently under staffed and REALLY busy. I have noticed in the last few months since Sandra Gordon left for things to go downhill. Keith Gettle is really good at responding and getting things sorted. You can reach him on kgettle@escrow.com. Hope that helps.

Escrow.com has alwasy been stellar, even with the new ownership change. Sometimes you need to call and discuss moving the transaction along, which they will do willingly. Closed several transactions in the past month successfully. Remember, if the buyer is out of country or becomes difficult for any reason, it is beyond their control...

Thanks for all the good information above, I learned a lot from this thread,

I used to use them all the time in 2006 - 2009

But good to know that they still are around
