Adsense. For adsense the site will do anywhere from $2.00 a day to $13.00 a day, it variers alot.
Please *NOTE*, the first 3days I didnt have adsense up on most of the site. Same goes for the last two days of the month.

Also for the "adult" redirects, I usually had them showing adult friendfinder ad's. I make $10-$50 per week off that but its very un predictable. Maybe two weeks with no signups, then I have 3 or 4 signups in one day lol, whatever.

I have put so much work into the site I just cant sell it for less. Plus youre getting the one letter domain. This was my very first website! But anyway, $900 to start the bidding and if you think its too high dont scream at me, the site has sentimental (did i spell that right?) value to me
