Eternal Unread PM

I have been read all my private messages, but system always notice: Unread 1.

Why? Please help me.

Does it show any messages physically as unread? If so, check it and click "Mark as Read."

Occasionally, in my webmail, I have to do that since it doesn't register me viewing it.

I have a similar issue but I dont see any mail in my PM box marked as unread..All show as read and still it says I have 1 unread and I hear that sound every page I go to. Any help would be great.

Just checked ALL (using the box at the top in the yellow bar) and select "Mark as read" from the pulldown menu at the bottom (blue bar) and hit go; and you're done.

This happened to me the other night. I went into my PM box and back out and it changed it to 0.
