Exact time of dropped domains

I have snagged a lot of dropped domains between 11-1pm on the hour at Godaddy refreshing until it is available. I know the range is a little wider but is that the best times?

And what are drop time ranges at other registrars or are they all about the same?

It just seems a little more exact of a time because all the names I bought moments after they dropped have been between 11-1 PST, I never can find fresh drops I want early in the morning or late at night using Godaddy bulk reg.
