For Sale Expired domains at NSI

Quick question.. I have a domain which is expiring at NSI -- after I renew it, how long must I wait before I can transfer it out to another registrar?

Anytime after renewing it. Just make sure of the following:

1. Your domain name's contact info is updated.
2. It's not on Registrar-Lock. If you can log inside, do so and turn the lock off.

Unlike Go Daddy, NetSol has no 60-day transfer limits except for new domain
name registrations or recently redeemed ones.

NSI appears to be randomly locking domains.

They recently announced they'll lock all domain names registered with them in
anticipation of the new transfer policies which take effect on Nov. 12. Read
about it here.

They already emailed their customers about it since last month.
