I will give you a run down on a site I have for sale:
www.F*ck-You.com - it is a humor site, NOT an adult website.
The domain is a great domain, very generic with lots of typins. It has been registered for 5 years.
The goal of the site is to offer entertainment media to its viewers. Much like EbaumsWorld.com or Big-Boys.com - these sites recieve over 100,000 uniques a day, and make about 800$ a day through ads.

My site, is a very lightly developed website. It has only been developed for about 1 month!
It recieves 300-500 uniques a day (have not promoted it at ALL! other then word of mouth and link exchanges). About 50-100 of theses uniques are through TYPE-INS!
It was making 10$ a day on adsense. I am now trying out different advertisers, and trying to build enough traffic to move into CASALE MEDIA or FASTCLICK.
The site offers videos, animations, games, and pictures - including a cool/funny free email extension @****-you.com. The design is UNIQUE to the owner, and the CMS is CUSTOM PROGRAMMED by myself, and is built around the site.
