I was looking at the store and nothing is showing up, is this because it only shows what you can afford? If so, is there any way to see what you could buy if you had more $F?

Did you go under Forum Upgrades after you click on the store? Under Forum Upgrades mine shows:

Change Custom Title
Change Username
Glowing Username
Colored Username
Change Country Flag
Change Avatar
Color Thread
Ribbons
