How accurate is the free appraisal fetaure at fabulous.com. I mean, the valued sex.com at $US60,000??

It says that they:

"Domain Valuations are based on a complex formula that looks at many factors before calculating a valuation price. These factors include the number of words in the domain, hyphens, plural words, what price is set for words in the domain with pay-per-click search engines and whether the domain is already registered."
