Wanted to get your thoughts on the valuation and/or if there was a trademark issue that others pointed out.

I would've normally avoided it but if you Google 'facebook statuses' you'll see several sites use the word 'facebook statuses' together or by them self.

Doesn't get much more obvious of a TM issue, plus you just said others already pointed this out for you.
