Needs a game built around it like fantasy baseball, football etc. Otherwise I don't see this worth much more than reg fee.

Maybe a game where you have to be elected and then make tough decisions? Doesn't sound like much fun and SimPresident may fit better.

There's a very credible and entertaining site just waiting to
be built on this domain... For a relatively motivated buyer, I
put the value on this at anywhere between $500-$3000.

The name really catches my eye, so this does have curb appeal, so to speak. I do think this has inherent value for development purposes, I think mid/high $xxx to an end user is reasonable.

As Will Farrell (aka George W) once said:
