NSI HOLDING is not a company AFAIK it is NSI HOLDINGS and i do not think verisign will redirect to a PPC engine.

So my deduction it is fake info.

When you order the monotoring for a domain.
You can not be sure that you'll get it but you can switch the domain you are monotoring for free for one year.
