Have a few sites for sale..
www.topimagehost.com - $140 - Image hosting Site. Admin section has also been redesigned to allow ip tracking, sorting images by ipaddress,time,size,type and id number. (so if someone violated your tos on uploading images you would be able to block/ban their ip if needed. I put adsense on this for a few days and have already made some $ from it. Posted on a few forums and also have ads running:
