Hi, I am thinking about selling FightCollection.com PR4 website, 800 uniques daily average in May!
I bought this site two months ago, and i am selling it because i don't have time to develop it further, although it has big potential.
This site is basically a site with a collection of martial arts and fight videos. The website is so easy to promote, all that has been done by first owner is to chose a video he founds interesting and post it on a few forums. And the traffic sky-rockets to over 1000 uniques daily! From start till now traffic is steady just from word of mouth.

At last PR update it went from 0 to 4 and it now has 4000 Link popularity according to MarketLeap.
-Revenue: 1-8$ daily, steady and continued. In May it's 4$ daily average.
