I am selling easy-upload.com.
Over 800 members currently and new members weekly.
Runs off the highly rated Yabsoft file hosting script ($99 value).
When it was being promoted a little earlier this year, it was seeing some $200 + per month (in total) from AdSense, the pop sponsor and the few paid members.

Reason for sale: I simply do not have the time to run it (no work has been done on it for many weeks apart from cleansing some of the files within the admin). My other projects (traffic, design work, freehosts and my new paysites keep me up from sleeping as it is ).

What expenses do you have for hosting advertising etc?

Hi, it is currently hosted on one of my servers along with several other key sites so the only costs right now is my monthly server bill.
A large volume of space is required due to the nature of the site obviously.

No advertising costs as no work has been done on it for many weeks however site is still active with members and guests uploading files.

The beauty of the site is that it needs very little (if any) paid advertising. Much promotion can be carried out via free methods.

I feel the site is terrific and although what I`m about to say is a typical cliche, I truly mean it when I say that I am reluctant to sell it as I would have liked to have grown this site to it`s huge potential like some of the enormous well known file hosting sites however I just do not have the time unfortunately
