Wanted: Service File Upload

I need some basic help that most of you guys can probably do, but I am retarded when it comes to FTP. I purchased an auction site awhile back and need it to get it uploaded to the server. I have all the files in ZIP format and will make the file modifications when it is uploaded, just need to get it to the server first. Will part will DNF$, pay a small fee, provide hosting, etc. for the help! Post or PM. Thanks in advance!

Well if u are saying u need an ftp go to: downloads.com and download one called WS_FTP then once you login highlight all the files you need on your computer by locating them using the FTP then pick the directory on your server and hit enter or click the logo that looks like: --->

(to move form folder to folder in the FTP use the green arrow!)
