I am starting to accept offers since day #1 of this websites life.
The website contain fresh news in 6 general categories which are:

- IT News
- Software
- Reviews
- MarketWatch
- Gaming
- Technology

Each of those categories have about 20 sub categories that will make it easy for the visitor to find exactly what they want, and for search engine to be totally satisfed with the content matching the URL structure.

The pages are well optimized, have 2 adspace places for adsense and 3 places where you can sell link space, text links or other.

I am just starting to submit the website to everywhere possible, theoritically it shall have a mid-high PR within 1-2 PR updates.

To be honest, i am not sure what is the price i shall be expecting for this domain with the custom-made script attached. Never the less, i am all ears listening to what people have to offer, one thing i know for sure is that i wont reject any fatty offers.

All PMs answered again, except one, i will answer it in a couple of minutes regarding a copy sale, i am not answering fast as i am indiscussion of selling the resell rights in total. Sorry.

Correct ePod, i am hoping for $xxxx, might sell for a good high offer for $xxx with complete resell rights.

From all those PM's that i got, i noticed some people are missing information about it, so i will explain a little more.

The engine has nothing to do with HSP/Java, those are just mod_rewritten URLs, it is a pure MySQL/PHP application. It reads (no crontab, built-in) XML sources, caches them to filesystem (default 1 hour) and displays results just as you want.

The herarchia (TYPO?) of the categories can be modifed of course, and the engine can work for any source of feeds you are interested into.

Sorry, but i will not sell copies as the buyer is willing to be the only owner of this script. Whenever i finish the sale, the new owner can be contacted to get copies. If not sold, i will start providing copies on March 1st at $139 a copy.
