Hello,

I've got the following site for sale: www.filelodge.com

If I don't get a good offer I'll obviously carry on running it .

The site is making between $10 and $30 a day. The reason for this is a varied CTR, for some reason we have the odd day when it falls a bit. Although normally stays at around 1%. At a 1% CTR you can expect around $30 altogether in the day.

We use two ad services, google adsense and Fastclick (for the skyscraper).

We're currently getting around 16,000 visits a day, and have nearly 3,000 members, which is growing all the time.

Referer list, stats etc, can be provided under request.

The design is 100% unique and I can include the PSD with the sale.

I would like to see proof of stats and revenue please. How much bandwidth? What is your hosting bill?

Hosting bill: $110/month

Bandwidth: 55gb / day (atm) / 1675/month.

however 75-80% of that traffic is inbound which is uploading, with my server I get free inbound traffic, so in reality I'm using around 420gb of outbound traffic /month.

how long does it take to manage uploaded files, checking for illegal files and copyright problems like mp3s and such?

Linkreach - illegal files so far have had high bandwidth usage, basically I check the first 10 pages or so (or you can pay someone else a couple of $ each day to do it) in order (highest bandwidth first), if I find copyrighted stuff / illegal files, simply delete them and terminate / suspend the account.

So far there's been no offers. Will PM you stats.

Hello,

I've decided to carry on running the site, after recieving no offers which really are high enough for me to accept. Maybe the site will be put back up in the future, the site is just growing too fast for me to sell it now. I'd feel I'm selling something which could be one of the next big file hosting sites.
