On Sedo.
I was getting tired of looking for not really good domains, make an offer and get a response in the X,XXX-XX,XXX range.
People deserve to dream, as well as I am, but common, they were names that woth no more than a few hundred.
On Friday I made a $200.00 offer for a 6 letter letter domain, two letter acronym+a full word.
The seller accepted the offer immediately ... wow ... :bounce:
Now, I started to think that it might not be the original owner and this deal might get cancelled ...:twitch:

What's the name?

mmh, should I disclose it !?
If it is a really bad name you guys will come and tell me it worth regfee... :greenroll:
If it is a good name, the seller might read this and retract the deal. :nono:
Let's wait until I have the name then I'll disclose it.:greenyes:

If the seller accepted the offer on Sedo...it is binding.

But if you want to wait, I can understand.

Why would you think it's not the original owner?

Because the low price, so simple.
Once it happened.
I bidded like $300.00 for a name I knew worth several thousands for sure. I got a reply for $600.00. I was cheap and even did not take that but bidded just a little more. The deal ended in $450.00.
Suspecting that, it even was me who initiated the investigation by letting Sedo know about this bargain.
It resulted the guy who listed the name was NOT the owner ! and the deal was cancelled of course.
Weeks later I repeated the offer to now the correct owner. He wanted $50,000.00 ...
