Ok, I'll give u some input since you asked for it.

Don't see much inherent (sp?) value in the rods & reels names unless developed, altho you may find some places interested in the names if you do some good digging. Just MHO.

As for the sports gear ones... mixing hyphens with less desirable extensions don't help, so sportsgear.org may be your best, however most likely not as .org doesn't really suit, so I would say sports-gear.us would be the most valuable to an end user.

medicalaid.us is a nice one..

Agree with steve on the fishing names.

I love the word gear as it relates to equipment/clothing. Branded, the hyphens don't hurt too much. sportsgear.org is the nicest.
