I am into development only. I hardly sell domains -- and usually once they are developed, they are already profitable for me. Oh well...

Then develop! At least they are keyword-rich, so it's a good start. My appraisal was based only on what I think on current secondary market trends for empty domains, but developed sites are a totally different animal.

I know what you are talking about -- I have to shuffle through every thread of the forum to check for compliance. :smilewinkgrin:

Site flipping is pretty profitable but it takes a bit of time and a fair bit of effort.
