What's the big picture?
Finanus is a fully web based loan origination, loan management and customer relationship management system made FOR mortgage brokers BY mortgage brokers. The easy to use interface reduces the training needed to understand the systems out there by the leading competitors, and allows client information to be accessible from anywhere in the world ... all you need is a browser. Finansus has the Web 2.0 look & feel, turning a professional workplace into an enjoyable environment.
How is this different from other services?
Most if not all of the other services are not Web Based. This means that you need an in house server or computer to run the application and it is platform dependent (Windows in most cases). Finansus offers a truly complete web based solution for the entire loan process, from start to finish. Updates are done on the server side so customers do not need to get an Update CD. Company owners finally have complete access to their employee files and reports, making it the most sophisticated web based mortgage broker system available.
Are there other cool things I should know?
In addition to all the basic features, Finansus allows users to switch completely from their current Loan Origination System to Finansus extremely quickly. This takes away the hassle of having to transfer client files over manually. Finansus has so many features that it's probably best to watch the videos to get a glimpse at what it offers.
Whatâs the business model?
We are considering a number of different business models. We are currently exploring monetization and revenue sharing while getting ready to launch Finansus publicly. Our aim is to come out of beta and launch monetization as soon as we are sure it is as simple as possible for mortgage brokers to use. We rely on BETA feedback to make this system revolutionary to the current marketplace.
