I develop online directories in niche markets and make them available for resale to owners who would like to continue to build them.
Findmybestcpa.com is my latest. Prior to making www.findmybestcpa.com for sale I do the following:
1. Establish rankings and traffic by creating a turn-key 200 plus page city directory 6 months in advance.
2. Populate the directory with a combination of paid and free listings in order to establish unique content.
3. Distribute press releases to create valuable links.
4. Add Google Adsense to establish earnings.
