Flash Help Needed

I am in need of a flash scroller that can have text with jpegs featured at the same time on the one scroller.

This scroller would need to be able to be placed and edited on a flash template.

does anyne know of where I am able to get such a componant?

Second link looks like a keeper, it has many versions with .swf examples and .fla downloads
