the .net is a nice add on for the enduser, but I'd say the .com alone is worth $50,000 to an enduser. Some may say more, some may say less. It's getting harder and harder to place prices on domains...... If I needed money and someone offered me $30,000 for it, i'd take it.

This is a domain with great focus. You can make a lot of money with affiliate sales, and it will be easy to get well-paying, good CTR adsense on this site when it's developed. The only doubt is how long this technology remains relevant - I am not a techie so I have no idea about that. You're on the money luke. I've now started receiving offers privately, and off forum.
The names are now starting to rank. The fully marketed procuct will give incredible returns. There won't be any problems getting these names in premium SERP placements in a short period of time. The developed revenue potential for these names is really something else, especially considering the lack of strong SE competition.
