closed FluRSS.com- had an offer, need appraisal

bought it about 6mos ago and this is first offer, which was for $200.

With flu being a hot topic, and RSS being the buzzword that it is, wouldn't it be selling it "on the cheap" if I were to accept that initial offer?
I should add that I've already emailed him back with a counter of $10,000. : ) That's because I really think it has potential.

as an aside, I also bought these two, related names at the same time. These names were actually my first-ever domain purchases!

I dont see the connection between flu and rss at all, nor any real value TBH

I was just thinking that RSS and "update" would be synonymous in peoples' minds by now, but I guess not, I guess it's still too techie. I think you're right; Ill probably accept whatever he counters, if he wasn't scared off for good by my first response!!
