Obvious question:

If it is making so much money... and it requires so little maintenance... why sell?

Thats how much time I have spent on the site. However, if you spent more most likely you will make much more. My time is very limited since my personal life and college life is more important. I would like to sell this business off and move on. No harm in that Plus, I believe I should change that since its throwing people off. It should be atleast an HR+ a day.. But Since my time is very limited i've only spent 2 - 3 hours a week.

I have proof of income and a file of explanation of everything upon request.

Just my opinion but this could be argued for ANY sale here. Now you say he can make $195.60 an hour...well if he makes the sale then he makes $20,000 in one fell swoop...how much is that worth? Also some people take their money from a sale and push it toward better more profitable projects. The truth is that if someone can make a profitable site then they should be able to do it again and again. It's the knowledge that is key here.
