Hi Guys,

I'm going to put this out to you to see what happens. A little background first...

Right now I'm very busy as a real estate appraiser in Northern California. I also run a couple of web businesses and am getting involved in real estate purchases.

Long story short, I don't have the time to market my domain names, nor do I have the time to go to the forums to try and sell the names individually.

That's why I'm considering selling the entire 200+ names in 1 bulk sale, if the price is right.

What's the price?

To quote a famous Supreme Court Justice on his definition of pornography: "I'll know it when I see it". But I'll be a bit more specific: it needs to be in the 5 figure range ($xx,xxx).

The 200+ domain names are located at:
www.domainrewards.com

Once you get there, you'll notice I favor solid generic names and dictionary names. Names like:
Cabernets.com
Authorise.com (BTW, that is the PREFERRED spelling in most English-speaking countries).
Publishing.net
Dolls.net
Pickups.net
Nubians.com
Colds.org
Docs.net
Logout.net
Queers.org
MountainBikes.us
CountrySongs.biz
etc.

I favor these kind of names because of research that indicates a fairly large percentage of web searchers type into the address bar the name of the item they are looking for. In other words, if someone is looking for "widgets", rather than Google for results and then spend time sorting through them, they would just type "widgets.com" into their address bar, which can then take them to a widget-making company's home page.

Many of my names have very good Overture and Google results (not including the extension). For instance:
Publishing (33,225 OV count; 30 MILLION+ Google count)
Dolls (239,948 OV count; 9 MILLION+ Google count)
Mountain Bikes (112,752 OV; 916,000 Google)

Many of these names would be perfect for someone willing to take the time to develop them.

I also have Science names, Surnames and Sports names, along with a few non-sensical names (Frell.com -- should be familiar to viewers of a popular SciFi TV show).

The vast majority of names are with GoDaddy. All are listed alphabetically.

A few names get some traffic, but not a lot.

If anyone is willing to make a 5-figure offer, PM me. I'd be happy to work with you.

If you're looking to lowball me, save your breath. I'm neither desperate nor stupid.

Remember, this is a package sale. Individual names will NOT be sold at this time.

Taking PMs only!

Thanks for your time,
Tom

Oh, I forgot to add:

If you yourself aren't interested, but know of someone who may be, let them know. If that potential buyer contacts me and mentions they were referred by you, I will pay you a 10% referral fee based on the completed sale price.

Thanks,
Tom
