If you put up a "for sale" page for a dot-us (.us) 3-letter acronym (which also happens to be a girls name, but mostly used as an acronym for many different things), can you lose the name.

("Lose the name" here means having it taken from you, not a sale.)

I've never studied .net, but if the have a UDRP similar to CNO, and allow WIPO and NAF to run it for them, I can guarantee it is either happening now to someone or will be soon.
