I am going back to work full-time and no longer have time to run my websites that sell my ecommerce systems. My websites generate between $1,100 and $1,800/month and are slowly increasing. I do not advertise but I do have a listing on HotScripts and my sites are VERY well indexed at google.
The sale is for all software, websites, copyrights and rights to the scripts.
Here is what is for sale:
PHPCart (phpcart.net)
PHP Super Cart (phpsupercart.com)
Download Manager (phpcart.net)
PHP Licenser (currently not being sold)
PHPCart is the simple ecommerce system. It does not use a database. Almost all of the revenue comes from sales of PHPCart.
PHP Super Cart is PHP Cart's big brother. I have sold a few copies so far and the feedback is that it is very good.
Download Manager allows downloading of soft goods after a purchase. It can be used with phpcart or stand-alone (with paypal).
PHP Licenser is the licensing engine used by PHPCart and PHP Super Cart. It is almost ready for resale.
PHPCart generates between $1,100 and $1,800 per month in revenue. PHP Super Cart was just launched and has not been advertised but I have already sold a few copies.
Download Manager generates about $100/month in sales but sales have started to increase in just the last month.
PHP Licenser needs just a little more work before it can be released for sale.
Information on PHP Licenser
PHP Licenser is a system that allows you to protect your php applications by requiring a license file. PHP Licenser has four components:
1. The licensing script - This is a file that is included in a page of your script. You then call a function from within your script to verify the license. Obviously, the script must be encoded with either Zend or Ioncube. You can customize the messages if the license file is missing or invalid.
2. The member front-end - Once a member purchases a license (or once you add a member/license manually), the member can log in and add theira domain name to create a license file. The system allows for each license to have two domains (this supports websites that have shared ssl urls). You can set up products to allow for more than one domain to be added for each license (as in a 3-pack of licenses).
3. The admin back-end - This area allows you to configure the settings, add packages and manually, add members, packages and domains.
4. The demo script - The system allows you to set up packages to generate demo licenses. Clients can then sign up for a demo license and install the full product. Once they are ready to buy they just overwrite the demo license with a full license (once they buy it).
You can download demos of PHP Super Cart and PHPCart to try them out. The phpsupercart.com website is actually run by the PHP Super Cart script. I expect that PHP Super Cart will grow substantially once it is marketed.
I am looking for offers over $10,000 with a BIN of $22,000. This is not an auction. I will work with interested buyers to find someone that can develop the products.
I may be interested in taking on a partner where the partner continues to develop the products and we split the revenue. This would still require a substantial payment to buy in to the partnership.
