Obviously in this case the value isnt in the domain name. Just in the members.

It was down for 3 months. However all the members are well on their way back. Brought it back a few days ago - and already generating about 200 to 300 unique hits a day.
If I open up registration again it will be swamped.

Members are tweens and up. A pretty unruly bunch - but a fair amount of slightly older members who can keep them in check. Usually

Adsense was just dumped on it but as part of a banner exchange and not really well placed. The portal hack was just installed - still working on the bugs with it - and as such once thats done i'm sure adsense could be incorporated into that much easier - and permanently with a fair amount of clicks.

IMO this can be worth a lot if you continue bringing traffic to it.
The value is really determined on how much members and traffic you have.
Because you might have 300 uniques a day and not much members.
But i've seent the forum and it could be worth from low xxx to mid xxx.
Thats only my opinion.
Lets see what more experience members will say.
