if it attracts any users, it did not work so I stopped it.

It will be sad to let it go, but I want TH to succeed and holding it without improvement will not help.

1. Will the current mod/admin stay on?
Current (1) Administrator is aware of a 'might' change in ownership, moderators/users at the moment are not aware of the ownership changes.
I'm sure that the mod/admin will stay on if things are smooth with new ownership.
2. Will vBulletin license come with the purchase?
Yes, I think I owned it long enough to have it transferable. If transfer of license is not available, compensation of $80 USD will be made to cover the 6 months left of vB license.
3. Income?
Minimal at the moment, for those who asks, yes the price is based on sentimental value and time put onto this forum rather than monthly income.
4. Payment?
Payment via Paypal from verified users.
