Wanted: Service forum skin help

got a new forum up(phpbb) and seems to work fine. Uploaded a new skin(to template section) and seemed to work fine. Went to admin section to add and it wasnt there. Everything seems to be just fine, but cant add skin through admin. Any help? Take a look? Something to try? TIA
