The website is http://www.9dragonsforum.com/ - It only has 72 members, but these members have all signed up within the last 3 weeks since the site was opened. Getting an average of 3 signups per day. NO MEMBERS have been paid to signup, and 90% of signups come from google search. Most importantly, 9Dragons is only on closed beta, which means when it becomes open beta, we can expect this forum to get way more signups per day.
First results in google for 9 Dragon Forum or 9Dragon forum, that is where most traffic is coming from.
Buyer gets everything, including VBulletin owned license. Skin header is unique, but the general skin isn't.
