hmm, seems several competitors are offering customization for free thoug.

Also, I noticed posts from forum owners complaining about the BB logo on top not being able to remove, it that made on purpose to "invite" them to later upgrade, or do you have some kind of usage restrictions due to phpbb terms of use forcing you to keep the original structure ?

no. my opinion is those pr predictors are junk.

my own prediction is pr will be a 5 or 6.
