The income potential is great doing forum work. BUT, I will tell you, this is work. It's not a get rich quick or automated site. If you are proficient in vbulletin, phpbb, IPB, and SMF, this will make a great site for you to display your services, portfolio, etc. From November 05 when I started the site, to date, I have made $8,715.00 doing forum installs, customizations, mod / hack installation, skin installs, etc. This income is partially from the site and from responding to request at vbulletin.org. I only notate this so you have a idea of the income potential for this line of work, thus this is why my selling price is not based on income from the site, but for the name, links, design, scripts, and effort put into developing it.

No, to answer your question, why would they? I am offering a service, not selling thier product. And, I also am set up as a affiliate with them to earn commisions from sales of vbulletin. Anyhow, I am pleased to annouce that ForumInstallation.com has been sold, and the new owner has recieved his first $100.00 order. Thanks Jonathan and good luck with the site.
