This is posted on another forum and while posted, there have been a number of questions relating to statements about the value of the forum, the stats and the PR, which is stated there as being a PR4.
If you are really serious about the sale, you should address those concerns and make sure they agree with what is posted here. There are 2 different stories being posted.
