"fost" what does it mean? - Arabic? in Egypt

Can anyone shed any light on what "fost" could mean and what sort of key words would be most suitable.

I am getting 50% of clicks from Egypt, and a further 15% from other arabic speaking countries, so the word they are looking for is either arabic, or they are mistyping an English word.

I do have my doubts though as to whether this is the answer, as it is apparently principally Egyptians who are typing the domain name, and I doubt they would be looking for the English word fist.

It could be an arabic word thought and fost is a typo of the arabic word.

I feel pretty sure that there is some geographic element in the answer too, as 50% of the clicks are from Egypt.
