I wouldn't say that the ccTLD makes it completely worthless.
Fracking could be the next big energy provider to Samoa as big oil industries are thinking outside the box now. Take BP, rebranded to Beyond Petroleum, they are fracking as well and will follow the money.
With that said though, don't keep your hopes up too high. I would dump it in 2 years if the reg fees are in excess though.
