Wanted: Service free forum software set-up

hello, looking for someone who could help me set-up a free forum site. i'll supply the logos and would like the site to allow people to set-up free forums using a sub domain. i need for google ad words to be integrated to the newly formed forums for revenue, and users to have the option to upgrade to a paid forum with no ads.
