I have 11 city specific sites that offer "Free items" that people have listed for someone to pick up. These sites are all membership based sites. It cost $3.95 per month to become a member. 9 of the 11 sites are ranked in the top 10 in google for "free stuff in xxxx" for whatever city they are in. These sites work great if you spend about 5 mins per day posting ads on other high traffic free classified ad sites with a link back to this site. Everyone loves free stuff and some of the items are really good items and many people would pay $4 to get contact info for a free hot tub, bike, ect.
The site is for the most part fully automated. I will show you how you can dive 50 to 100 visitors per day to the site for free and it takes less than 5 mins. I AM NOT SELLING THE CURRENTLY MEMBERS. Some of the sites have current members and I am not going to ask them to cancel their membership and sign back up. I would lose most of the members. Many people just keep paying month after month because they forget to cancel but if I remind them to cancel I think we would lose most of the members so all you are getting for $65 is the site and the software that automates the listings. The software alone is worth far more than $65.
I will train someone on how to run this and make it profitable. There are a ton of options to add revenues to the sites. Think of all the free ipad, free iphone, ect cpa offer there are out there. I will sell them for $65 each or $450 for all 11 sites.
