I think thats a really bad typo because "a" is not anywhere near "o" IMO typos are only good if someone is typing it by mistake.
Does it get typo traffic?
Some ideas...
promote it and sell
if you devoloped it then the 400 uniques a month would tell other people and then you would get more people/month going to it.

a) Bad typo? Why? I think dawnload.com sold for around $86,000 so people do misspell "download".
With tv, movies coming online (to add to software, music, videos, et.al) ... this domain's traffic (imo) will only increase.

typos are not just about misspelt words
ask yourself ...how often do you hit a key that is the other end of the keyboard by mistake ?
if it was diwnload or somthing like that , that is what i call a typo ..
going to be a bit harsh now but its my opinion .. low $$

if anyone is typing in freedawnload.com its someone who doesnt know english very well and is trying to sound it out (incorrectly) or someone who is just learning to type really fast and can't do it at all...
People need to differentiate between typos and mispellings. They are two different things and this is clearly a mispelling, probably with a lot of foreign traffic. Doesn't make any difference, just no point in calling it a "bad typo" when it's not a typo at all.
It's probably worth 35-45 months revenue, adjust up or down for how long its been making money and whether the revenue is trending up or down. Nice thing about people looking for free stuff, and foreign traffic, is they tend to click on things. So the ctr is probably pretty good but i'm betting the click value is low?

Last year? What's the big deal? Actually, forgot about it.
Moreover, things change quickly online. Movies, tv, video downloads are getting ready to explode (CBS just announced their "innertube" site yesterday, et al). So with this trend I predict an increase of traffic.
