How long has the site been open? Also is the db from another site or is it actually this one? It seems like its just a basic install of vb, do you have any stats from awstats or anything that you can provide full screen shots fo every section for and stuff?

This database is from this site and this site only. The vbulletin install is a full install along with uCash, uStore and Trader Rating hacks installed.

are you also relinquishing all rights to posts and memberships? in other words, are you planning to save a copy of the db and posts data somewhere else?

If the vb license isn't included, will the buyer have to purchase a new license, and re-install the forum?
