Site is up for sale, only bought it recently but I then bought a couple of really big sites that need a lot of time and attention so I just cant continue to develop them all..
Its a free host discussion site, I set up some free hosting, domains and templates for posts, nothing really taken off form that so you can adjust or remove that to suit yourself.
There is a traffic generator there from the previous owner so it hard to judge the traffic at the moment, although its popularity is growing again.
Just spent $50 on an ad for 100,000 impressions at the popular clickherefree.com site, still over 90,000 impressions to go.
You alos get the 50+ templates mentioned as well, hence the slightly higher asking price, but I can asjust the price if you dont want them.

It comes with a vbulletin leased license still valid for another 5 months.
The skin is new onn the site and if you check at the bottom there is another one as well, you get both plus all the psd's etc.
