Hi all,
Any takers? I love this site and it was a work of love on my part BUT I just don't have time to keep up with it anymore. Plus there is a newsletter with over 1100 opt-in newsletter subscribers.
For the right offer I'd even be willing to write the newsletter for a couple of months. (In fact, if you'd be willing to pay me, I would even continue to write the newsletter indefinitely. We could arrange a payment for that every week.) This site is excellent for selling ebooks, etc. And before selling I'd take down the personal stuff about me...

I should add - it gets 380-500 unique visitors a month and that's with no marketing at all on my part.
