(ask for screenshot) due to fact we only used adsense and did not add any affiliate or referral programs - the site/domain has however kept a consistant #1 google rank for the super popular keyword search of the same name "Free Vegas Travel" - which is what makes this so valuable for further development - pretty much by expanding the site with forums and rss feeds and some updating here and there it will easily make $x,xxx/year and keep it domain resale value growing.
THE price here is purely based on the quality of the domain; its keyword strength and the mini sites perfect keyword SEO rank and PR are just bonuses!
Do your own research to come to your own value conclusion, I am in no rush to sell - But I will consider a BIN of $600[/B] for the next week only from members with good rating.
